How to set up the HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i Smart HD feature?
<p>To set up Smart HD, follow these steps:</p>

<p>1. Update the AI Life app plug-ins and the Audio Accessory Manager to their latest versions.</p>

<p>2. Pair and wear your headphones.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>3. In the AI Life app, go to the headphone card screen, then go to Sound effects, and enable Smart HD. If LDAC is displayed in the current Bluetooth audio decoder, Smart HD has already been enabled.</p>

<p>NOTE:</p>

<p>To use the Smart HD feature, you need to be using a device that supports LDAC (some Huawei devices running EMUI 8.0 or later,). If there is no Smart HD option available in your AI Life app, your phone may not support LDAC (LDAC is not supported on iOS device). For further details and non-Huawei device users, contact the device manufacturer.</p>

<p>- Please note that if you remove one of the headphones during use, audio may pause. In this case, resume playback manually.</p>
