HUAWEI STORE LAUNCH PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION:

The HUAWEI STORE LAUNCH PROMOTION (the "Promotion") is organized by TWIRELESS INC., (the "Organizer") with its registered offices at UNIT 1506-A WEST TOWER, PSE CENTRE, EXCHANGE RD., ORTIGAS CTR. All participants to the Promotion (“Participant(s)”) shall be deemed as having agreed to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

2. Campaign Mechanism:

A: Eligibility

In order to participate in this Campaign, customers (“Customer(s)”) must be:

A Huawei Store registered user on HUAWEI Store Philippines Online Official (https://www. consumer.huawei.com/ph ) (“HUAWEI Store”); A Huawei Store registered user on HUAWEI Philippines Store APP. A resident in Philippines; and eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 27th November 2020.

B: Campaign Events:

This Campaign consists of the following five (5) events:

Shop & Win

a) This “Shop & Win” event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st December 2020 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 14th December 2020 (“Shop & Win”).

b) Customers who entitle to participate in this “Shop & Win” event:
(i) New customers need to register with Huawei website and must login to Huawei website during the “Shop & Win” Period to play the “Shop & Win” game ("Spin Game").
(ii) Loyalty customers who had a registered Huawei account must login to Huawei website during the “Shop & Win” Period to play the “Shop & Win” game ("Spin Game")

c) Each Customer of the same Huawei website account will have only one (1) chances to play the Spin Game.

d) After playing the Spin Game for one (1) times, the customers can get one (1) additional chance to play the Spin Game by sharing the link to the Spin Game on his or her Facebook profile.

e) Customer who plays the Spin Game will stand a chance to win the Prize listed in the table below:

f) Each Customer of the same registered HUAWEI Store account stands one chance to win a maximum of one unit of (1) Prize only throughout this “Shop & Win” Period.

g) Winner of the prize will be selected randomly by Organizer by random draw from the eligible entries. Customers can only use this coupon to place order in HUAWEI Store. Decision of Organizer are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

h) Coupons will be credited directly to the Customers’ HUAWEI Store account.

i) Only one (1) Coupon can be used in a single order (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).

j) Coupons cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

k) Coupons are valid for one-time use only during the Coupon Validity period (1st December -29th January 2021). Any Coupons not used by the 29th January 2021 will be automatically forfeited and cease to have any effect.

l) Coupons are applicable for purchases made on Huawei Store only.

m) Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with flash deals.

n) All Coupons are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

o) All Prizes have minimum warranty of Organiser.

Launch Offers

a) This “Launch Offers” event will run from (00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st December 2020 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 14th December 2020 (“Launch Offers”).

b) Customer who purchases a HUAWEI Launch Offers Product within the Campaign Period will be able to purchase the HUAWEI Launch Offers Product with the Promotional Price and/or to receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

c) The HUAWEI Launch Offers Products sold in this HUAWEI Launch offers event have limited amount.

d) Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Store can only purchase a maximum of five (5) units of each HUAWEI Launch Offers Product throughout the Campaign Period.

e) Customer who purchased HUAWEI MateBook D 15 256GB from 12th December 2020-14th December 2020 can get additional PHP1000 voucher discount.

f) The Promotion Price is only applicable to purchase of the HUAWEI Launch Offers Product made on the HUAWEI Store during the Campaign Period.

g) Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

a) Free Gifts have minimum warranty of Organiser.

h) Free Gifts during HUAWEI Launch Offers campaign period have limited amount.

Flash Sales

a) This “Flash Sales” event will run on each day (GMT+8) from 9th December 2020 to 14th December 2020(“FS Event Period”).

b) The following table details the schedule, Flash Sales product and value for the Flash Sales available during the FS Event Period:

c) By successfully placing an order in this “Flash Sales” event on HUAWEI Store, the participant is entitled to purchase the Flash Sales Product at the Flash Deal Price.

d) Participant who successfully placed an order in this “Flash Sales” event on HUAWEI Store must make FULL payment online for the order within 30 Minutes. Order(s) without FULL payment within 30 Minutes online shall be cancelled automatically.

e) The payment method for this “Flash Sales” event only applicable for online banking. COD is not allowed.

f) Each registered customer of HUAWEI Store is allowed to purchase a maximum of one (1) unit of same Flash Sales Product on each time.

g) The Flash Sales products during “Flash Sales” has limited amount.

h) The promotion offered in this “Flash Sales” event is not available and cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotions or rebates applicable on HUAWEI Store.

i) Organizer reserves the right to review and cancel orders placed under this “Flash Sales” event in case of any suspicious or fraudulent activity.

“Together 2021”

a) This “Together 2021” event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 27th November 2020 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 17th January 2021 ("Together 2021").

b) Customer who purchases a “Together 2021” Product within the Campaign Period will be able to purchase the HUAWEI Product with the Promotional Price and/or receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

i) The HUAWEI Products sold in this “Together 2021” event have limited amount.

j) Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Store can only purchase a maximum of five (5) units of each HUAWEI Product throughout the Campaign Period.

k) The Promotion Price is only applicable to purchase of the “Together 2021” Product made on the HUAWEI Store during the Campaign Period.

l) Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

b) Free Gifts have minimum warranty of Organiser.

m) Free Gifts during “Together 2021” campaign period have limited quantity and based on first come first served basis.

New Launch HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro

a) This “New Launch HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro” event will run from (GMT+8) 9th December 2020, 00:00 AM till 14th December 2020, 23:59 PM (“New Launch HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro”).

b) Customer who purchased a HUAWEI “New Launch HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro” within the Campaign Period will be able to receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

c) Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Store can only purchase a maximum of five (5) units of each HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro Product throughout the Campaign Period.

d) The Promotion is only applicable to purchase of the HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro made on the HUAWEI Store during the Campaign Period.

e) Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

f) Free Gifts have minimum warranty of Organizer.

g) Free Gifts during “New Launch HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro” Offer campaign period have limited amount.

To Get Other Benefits While Purchased HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro

a) Customer who had completed made payment of HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro during the campaign period from 9th December 2020 till 14th December 2020 can contact customer service to get the URL link for redeem other benefits.

3. GENERAL

The Participant agrees and provides consent to Organizer to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Promotion in accordance with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organizer for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Promotion including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing, announcement of winners, and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Promotion.

By participating and agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, Participant confirms that he/she has read and understood the Organizers’ Privacy Policy”stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/ph/support/service-privacy-notice/. The Participant agrees that Organizer and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Promotion.

In the event any prizes are being awarded to the participant having provided false identity or information, Organizer shall have the right to revoke the Participant’s eligibility for the said prizes.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Organizer’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Organizer reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Promotion.

In accepting the Prizes, the winner(s) agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion. The Participants agree to grant Organizer a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the Participants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

Organizer assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

Organizer shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection to or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Promotion.

The Participant agrees to discharge and release Organizer from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.

The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Promotion, including Facebook, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.

By entering into this Promotion, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer and the Organizer Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organizer due to or in any way arising from this Promotion.

If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Promotion, Organizer reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
