Please Log out of your Account center, clear its cache, and log in again. If the issue persists, try switching to another network or HUAWEI ID. If this does not work, log out of your account, switch your phone language to English, restart your phone, and try again. If none of the above works, please contact us and provide the following information: your HUAWEI ID, phone model, EMUI version, the theme you tried to BUY ()/Download, time of BUY ()/Download, Wi-Fi or mobile network you used, and your location.
