Solution
Perform the following steps sequentially:
- Check that your computer has a stable Internet connection. Microsoft Store is a preinstalled app in the Windows system with a server that is not in the Chinese mainland. Therefore, certain apps cannot be installed, or will be installed slowly when connected to the Internet in the Chinese mainland.
- Click the Start menu (the Microsoft icon) in the lower left corner of the screen, go to store to display Microsoft Store. Click Advanced options > Reset. , and search for
- To log in again with your Microsoft account, open Microsoft Store, click the account icon in the top-right corner, and choose Sign out. Click the account icon again and log in once more.
- Clear the Microsoft Store cache regularly. Enter wsreset in the search box in the lower left corner of the taskbar, and press Enter. Microsoft Store will automatically open once the cache has been cleared.
- Download the latest version of Microsoft Store from the official Microsoft website. This error may also occur if you are not using the latest version of Microsoft Store. If so, go to the Microsoft official website to download the latest version.

- If the issue persists, back up your important data and press F10 to restore it to factory settings.
Restoring the computer to its factory settings will clear all data on the C drive, including personal files in Desktop, Downloads, and Documents. Please back up any important data on the C drive before proceeding.
