Problem:

AppAssistant icon displays at the very bottom of the screen, cannot be pulled or dragged up, and sometimes disappears.

Cause:

When you swipe up on the dropzone on phones that support gesture navigation such as the Mate 20, it triggers the gesture navigation, preventing the icon from being dragged.

Solution:

Use your finger to hold down on and then drag out the dropzone.
