[Huawei] The sound quality of the kids watch during calls is poor |
If unstable sound, loud noise, sound of electric current, broken sound, or low sound occurs during calls on the kids watch, perform operations based on the following scenarios.
The speaker or microphone port is blocked
Check whether the speaker or microphone port is blocked by foreign objects. During daily use, clean the watch and don't block the speaker or microphone port with your hands.
The watch is close to your phone
During a phone/video call, loud noise or the sound of electric current will be audible if the watch is too close to your phone.
Pay attention to the following when cleaning the kids watch:
- Before cleaning or maintenance, disconnect the kids watch from its charger.
- To avoid damage or corrosion, don't use powerful chemicals, detergents, or strong cleaning agents to clean the kids watch or its accessories.
- Don't use any sharp metallic objects (such as a steel wire cleaning ball) to wipe the charging port. This may scratch the paint and damage the charging port.
The watch's network signal is weak
- Swipe down from the home screen to check the network signal of the SIM card. If the signal is weak, move to an area with a good signal, such as an outdoor area or a balcony, and then try again.
- Remove and re-insert the SIM card and then restart the watch.
If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
