Try the following:
- Position your secondary router closer to your main router. Try installing them in the same room if possible. Restart your secondary router and wait for around three minutes. Check whether your secondary router is able to connect to your main router. If your secondary router is located quite far away from your main router, you can try moving it closer to your main router, connecting it to your main router and then moving it back to its original location.
- Restart your main router and wait for around three minutes. Check whether your secondary router is able to connect to your main router.
- Restore your main and secondary routers to their factory settings (first restore the main router and then restore the secondary router) and then reconfigure your main router. Wait for around three minutes and check whether your secondary router is able to connect to your main router.
- If the issue persists, it is recommended that you set each of the three routers as a main router, connect to the Internet, and then update the firmware to the latest version. After you have done that, restore all the routers to their factory settings and perform the configuration process again.
