Unable to find a device via scanning

Solution:

  • Search and download the latest version of the AI Life App from HUAWEI AppGallery.
  • Ensure that the device supports HUAWEI HiLink.
  • Keep you phone/tablet within 1 meter away from the device and ensure that the location of the device has stable Wi-Fi coverage.
  • If you are adding a Bluetooth device, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone/tablet.
  • Make sure the device is new or has been restored to factory settings. Open the HUAWEI AI Life App, touch + in the upper right corner, touch Add device, and the App will begin scanning for devices. If the device is not found, touch Add manually, and follow the onscreen instruction to proceed.

  • Ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone/tablet and try again.
  • Use a different phone or tablet and try again.
