Ring watch
- Ringtone will be played on the watch even in class time or vibration mode.
- This feature requires the watch to be powered on, connected to the Internet, and linked to HUAWEI FamCare. It works even when the watch is not in close proximity to the phone.
- Go to HUAWEI FamCare > .
- Touch Ring watch.
The watch will play the ringtone twice.
- After finding your watch, touch
or press the HOME button to stop the search.
HUAWEI WATCH KIDS 4 Pro: Report as lost
- Reporting a kids watch as lost will lock the device and disable all features except for contacting the main admin (via making or receiving a voice call).
- The lost status will take effect once the watch is connected to the Internet. You can view the device's history whereabouts.
- Admins: Go to HUAWEI FamCare > .
- Touch Report as lost and follow the onscreen instructions.
- To cancel the loss report, go to HUAWEI FamCare > and follow the onscreen instructions.
