- Press the Home button when on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list and go to to enter the Jump Rope screen.
- Switch between Jump rope for one minute mode and Free Jump Rope mode.
- Touch Jump rope or the Start icon and wait three seconds. The device will then start recording your jump rope data.
- Touch
to pause rope jumping. Touch and hold 
to stop rope jumping and generate the jump rope data.
If the jump rope data is 0, the watch will display a message indicating that the data will not be recorded when you end the workout. You will need to confirm before exiting the workout.
