In the case of no network, you can still use OPPLE Smart Desk Lamp. Short press the "on/off" button to turn on the lamp, then select the appropriate mode and brightness.
But in the case of no network, the "schedule" and "timer" functions will not be available. It is recommended that you use it with the network.
