The HUAWEI Vision is unable to detect or connect to Bluetooth earphones or speakers

Problem:

The HUAWEI Vision cannot detect Bluetooth devices such as Bluetooth earphones and speakers.

Solution:

  1. Before connecting a Bluetooth device to connect to the Vision:
    1. Make sure that the Bluetooth device is powered on, has sufficient power, and is within the 10 meters of the Vision.
    2. Ensure that the Bluetooth device is discoverable.

Actual operations to set your Bluetooth device to be discoverable vary according to the device brand and model. Refer to the following table for the Bluetooth settings of some products. Follow the instructions in the user guide or consult the hotline service for more information.

If the Bluetooth device cannot be found after you manually unpair it, make the Bluetooth device discoverable again.
