When a desktop is concurrently connected to two monitors, black borders appear at the top and bottom of the MateView screen in Duplicate mode

Problem

When a desktop is concurrently connected via the HDMI and VGA ports to two monitors, black borders appear at the top and bottom of the MateView screen in Duplicate mode.

Cause

The MateView has a screen aspect ratio of 3:2. In Duplicate mode, the aspect ratio is 16:9. As a result, black borders appear at the top and bottom of the MateView screen.

Solution

Select Extend or Second screen only, and set the MateView's display resolution to 3:2 (for example, 3600 x 2400).
