Considering you may encounter some product-related software and hardware problems that cannot be resolved online through the hotline customer service, Huawei provides Repair Appointment Service in Philippines for Huawei products. By Repair Apppintment Service, you can apply for a repair appointment through Huawei self-service channels (My HUAWEI App/Support App, Huawei official website).

When will Repair Appointment Service be Available?

Appointment booking is available for 24 hours from Monday to Sunday. You can book appointments for the next three days to visit Huawei customer service centers. For the available time of a specified service center, You can query through the following link:

Number-of-times Limit of Repair Appointment Service

There is no number-of-times limit of Repair Appointment Service.

Conditions of Repair Appointment Service

To apply for repair appointment service, the product should meet the following conditions:
  • Valid Proof of Purchase (Serial Number or Receipt) is required.
  • Repair Appointment Service is available to all faults within and out of the warranty coverage.

Determine the Warranty-Repair Appointment Service

If you submit the application through Huawei official channels, including Huawei official website and My HUAWEI App (Support App), warranty vadality will be determined based on the application date.

Preparation

  • Bring Warranty proofs:Please take any one of the warranty proofs to Authorized Huawei Service Centers for warranty status identification. If the warranty information shown on the proofs is different from one another, the invoice (including paper invoice, E-invoice and invoice copy) comes first as the proof.
  • Backing up data: Please back up your data before repairing.

a. Back up important data on your device (smartphone, tablet). Data of third-party apps, such as Whatsapp, needs to be migrated separately.

b. Back up important data on the PC, such as data on drive C.

Apply for Repair Appointment through Self-service Channel

  • On Self-service App
  1. Open My HUAWEI App/Support APP.
  2. Go to Services page and tap Repair appointment.
  3. Register/Login Huawei ID.
  4. Fill in the fault type, contact information and select the service center, appointment time.
  5. Select "I have read and agree to the Appointment Service…" and then tap the Submit to finish this application.

  2. Click Repair Appointment button at Quick Service part, as shown the following:

  5. Fill in the device information, fault type, contact information, and select the service center, appointment time, and select “I have read the Appointment Service…”. Finally, click the Submit button to finish this application, as shown the following:

     
    • If you are not available to use self-service channel, you can reach us through hotline and ask our Customer Service to make an appointment for you.
    • After making an appointment, please take the proof of purchase and device, and backup your data before visiting the Customer Service Center.
    • For the queuing number: on the ACD, click 【Appointment】, enter the 【Appointment code】, and then click 【Confirm】 to pick-up the paper queuing number. Then you will enjoy priority delectation or repair service. You can also ask our offline customer service for help.
    • We still advise you to go to Service Center on time.

    Modify Repair Appointment through Self-service Channel

    • On Self-service App
  1. Open My HUAWEI App/Support APP.
  2. Tap Me and enter into the page and choose Service records.

  3. Register/Login Huawei ID.
  4. Tap the in-store appointment that you want to modify or cancel.

  5. Query the appointment information, and tap the Modify or Cancel button to modify and cancel the appointment service.

  2. Click Repair Appointment button at Quick Service part, as shown the following:

  5. Choose the Appointment application that you want to amend and click View details as following:

  6. Click Modify or Cancel button to modify and cancel the appointment service.

     
    • If you are not available to use self-service channel, you can reach us through hotline and ask our Customer Service to modify or cancel your appointment.
    • If you didn't go to the reserved Service Center during the appointment period, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. You can modify the appointment time one day before the appointment order expires, and you can resubmit the appointment application after the appointment order expires. You cannot modify it on the appointment day.

How many people can make an appointment at each time period?

The available people for each time period depends on the service capabilities and service resources of each Customer Service Center. Please check the available time period and Service Center on Support App or Huawei official web.

After make an appointment, how long will it take to finish my repair?

The repair time is depend on the fault of your mobile phone and the availability of your spare parts. Please refer to the Service Center to learn the repair progress.

Can I make an appointment today?

Sorry, you can only make an appointment for the next 3 days. In the time period, you can make an appointment from 10: 00-17: 00. If the appointment of the Service Center is full during this period, the web will show that the appointment is full, and you will not be able to choose the time period at that Service Center.

Do I need to make an appointment to get the repaired device from the Service Center?

If the Service Center notifies you that the device has been repaired, you can go directly to retrieve it without making an appointment.
