When you start the Huawei in-app payment register, the system displays a message “ Request timed out.Check your network settings and try again." |
As shown in the following figure, when you start the in-app payment register, or click to Payment and Purchases,the message "Request timed out. Please check your network settings and try again." is displayed.
Solution:
1. Check whether the mobile phone network is normal.
2. If the network connection is normal, go to Settings > System and Updates > Software Update to check the Android version of the phone. The following conditions are met:
2.1 If the Android version is earlier than 4.4, go to Settings > System and Updates > Software Updates, check and download the latest Android version, and download the latest HMS version from the App Store.
2.2 If the Android version is 4.4 or later, please download and update the HMS version from the AppGallery.
