A message appears indicating that at least one file is missing or not downloaded when software is installed from a browser on my HUAWEI MateBook E Go |
Problem
When downloading software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Revit from a browser, a message displays indicating that the download contains multiple files and at least one file is lost or has not been downloaded.
Cause
The pop-up blocker is enabled when downloading the installation program (containing multiple files), causing certain files to fail to be downloaded.
Solution
- Open the browser, go to Block (recommended).
- Go to the download page on the official website again and download the software . Once all the installation packages are downloaded, place them in the same folder, and select any installation file to complete installation.
- If the issue persists, feel free to call the Huawei consumer service hotline for assistance.
Thanks for your feedback.
