A message appears indicating that at least one file is missing or not downloaded when software is installed from a browser on my HUAWEI MateBook E Go

Problem

When downloading software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Revit from a browser, a message displays indicating that the download contains multiple files and at least one file is lost or has not been downloaded.

Cause

The pop-up blocker is enabled when downloading the installation program (containing multiple files), causing certain files to fail to be downloaded.

Solution

  1. Open the browser, go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects, and disable Block (recommended).

  2. Go to the download page on the official website again and download the software . Once all the installation packages are downloaded, place them in the same folder, and select any installation file to complete installation.

  3. If the issue persists, feel free to call the Huawei consumer service hotline for assistance.
