If your phone or computer cannot find the Wi-Fi name of the HUAWEI Mobile WiFi, perform the following steps:
- Press the Power button once to wake up the Mobile WiFi, as it may enter sleep mode after being idle for an extended period of time. Press the Power button once to wake up the Mobile WiFi,
- Enable the SSID broadcast function of the Mobile WiFi. If the SSID broadcast function is disabled, your device cannot find the Wi-Fi network. Use a USB cable to connect to the Mobile WiFi, open the browser to access 192.168.8.1, log in to the web-based management page, go to Advanced > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Security Settings, and uncheck Hide Wi-Fi to enable the SSID broadcast.
