HUAWEI Postal Repair Service is a service provided by HUAWEI Technologies Phils. Inc, (hereinafter referred to as "HUAWEI", "we", "us", or "our") that enables you to send in your devices for maintenance and repairs. HUAWEI takes your personal information and privacy seriously, and is committed to taking appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and established industry security standards.

1 What Data Do We Collect About You?
In the Postal Repair Service, we shall collect and use your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Statement.Personal data refers to any data that enables us to identify you as a user.
We will collect and process the following data:
• Contact information: including name, address information, phone number, and email address, postal code.
• Device information: including SN, device model, and faulty description.
• Other information: including mail-in ASC (HUAWEI authorized service center).
2 How Do We Use Your Data?
In order to provide you with the Postal Repair Service, as well as to fulfill our contractual obligations, HUAWEI will process and use your personal data for getting in touch with you, carry out your service requests, repair status inquiries and repair.
If you do not provide or agree to share the preceding information, you will not be able to apply for postal repair service.
To improve our service quality, we will use your phone number, email address and device identifier (SN) and send you the customer satisfaction survey via text message, email or My HUAWEI APP. We may also call to you when you finish the customer satisfaction survey to inquire about our provision of services and offer other after-sales service.
3 How Long Do We Store Your Data?
We will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes defined in this Statement.
For Postal Repair Services, your contact information will be retained for 24 months and SN will be retained for 36 months after the last time you communicate with HUAWEI (including customer communications initiated by HUAWEI), providing there are no business interactions such as after-sales maintenance within this period.
Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
4 How Do We Share Your Data?
We store your data in data centers located in the Singapore.
• To collect and deliver faulty device from/to you , we will encrypt and share your contact information with our logistics provider, they will process your information in accordance with its data security standards and privacy policies
• To provide professional postal repair service, we will encrypt and share your contact/device/other information with the repair service provider. We have signed a data processing agreement with the repair service provider. The service provider will process your personal information in strict accordance with our requirements and the data processing agreement
• We may also share your data in response to a legal process or request from a competent authority according to applicable laws or in connection with a legal proceeding or process.
• Your data may also be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets (such as service agreements), or transfer of services to a HUAWEI group entity or another company.
