Terms & Conditions

 

Service Day event is valid on date announced by HUAWEI for the month at selected HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers.

 

This Service Day event is only applicable for walk-in customers, except HUAWEI service centers employees.

 

For “Free Screen Protector” service, dealers, resellers and/or distributors are not allowed to participate in this service.

 

“Free Screen Protector” service is applicable to HUAWEI Phones and Wearables only and for valid out of warranty repair with parts consumption.

 

For the “Free Labor for Out of Warranty Repairs”, it will waive labor charge only, customer is still required to pay parts replacement cost according to the repair quotation.

 

Photo taken during the event will be used for promotional purpose.

 

Service Day promotion is not applicable with other ongoing event promotions.

 

Postal repairs are not included for Service Day.
