11. Will the HUAWEI Care – Extended Warranty Service affect my statutory rights?
No, your statutory rights will not be affected by the Extended Warranty. UK Consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that protect them from defective goods. For goods purchased in England or Wales, these rights expire six years from delivery of the goods, and for goods purchased in Scotland, these rights expire five years from delivery of the goods. You can obtain further advice on these rights from the
Citizens Advice Bureau. The Extended Warranty is separate and in addition to these statutory rights, and, therefore, does not affect, change or replace such rights.
