[HUAWEI] Unable to measure my heart rate using my band/watch |
If your band/watch fails to measure your heart rate or frequently displays "Check that the watch is on properly and try again." or "Check that the band is on properly and try again." during the measurement, perform the following:
Check the heart rate indicator
Check whether the heart rate indicator of your watch/band lights up.
- If the heart rate indicator lights up properly, wear your band/watch again.
Wear your band/watch properly, and make sure it fits your wrist snugly (it should be slightly tight), to prevent it from moving. It is recommended that you wear the device at least one-finger width above your wrist.
- If the heart rate indicator does not light up, restart your band/watch, restore it to its factory settings, and see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance. If an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre is unavailable in the city you live in, please call the Huawei customer service hotline for further assistance.
Once the device is restored to its factory settings, all personal data will be cleared, transport card migration will be triggered (if the transport cards support migration), and access cards and bank cards will be removed. Please exercise caution when performing this operation.
