Should your FreeBuds/FreeLace malfunction, you can easily request a Postal Repair by either clicking here, booking a repair appointment at one of our HUAWEI Customer Service Centres* (Contact details below), calling our hotline on 0800 088 6700, or if you have a HUAWEI device, through the My HUAWEI app.
Replacements.
You can purchase a replacement for any damaged item of your FreeBuds/FreeLace for an out-of-warranty fee. If you lose an earbud or charging case, you can also purchase a replacement (prices are listed below). Contact us via Live Chat or hotline to request this service. How long will it take?
You should receive your FreeBuds/FreeLace or charging case replacement within a week, or within an hour if requested at our HUAWEI Customer Service Centres*.
