Problems related to the SMS verification code

Problems:

• You can't receive the SMS verification code.
• The system indicates that the entered SMS verification code is incorrect.
• The payment is completed before an SMS verification code is entered.

Solution:

Ensure that your phone has a good network connection. If the issue persists, provide the following information to Huawei（https://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/hotline/）:

Phone number

HUAWEI ID

Purchase date

Device model (to check this, go to Settings > System > About phone > Model)

Huawei Mobile Services version (to check this, go to Settings > Account center > Settings > About)

Transaction number (if the payment is successful, the transaction number can be found by going to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Purchase history.)
