Problem:

Dust or liquid has entered the microphone or speaker holes.

Solution:

1. If there is dust, remove it from the microphone or speaker holes with a dry soft brush.

   

2. If only a small amount of liquid splashed into the holes, wait around 2 to 3 days for the liquid to evaporate and then check whether the issue is resolved. If a lot of liquid has got in, refer to There is water inside my phone for handling.

If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
