• 1. How can I Purchase HUAWEI Care+?
  You can purchase HUAWEI Care+ with new selected HUAWEI devices, either from the HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers, HUAWEI Experience Stores & Online stores. Ask the promotor after the purchase about the protection services HUAWEI Care+ and he/she will help you to raise a request, purchase it and link it to your device from the online store. HUAWEI Care+ can be purchased within 14(fourteen) days from the date of purchase of new selected HUAWEI devices. - Click here to make the purchase.
• 2. How can I claim HUAWEI Care+?
  When a part of your device is accidentally damaged and you have successfully purchased HUAWEI Care+ for that device, visit any of the HUAWEI Authorized Customer Service Centers or contact us on 0860 861 111. Free Courier Service within the Republic of South Africa are available. Upon redemption of the HUAWEI Care+ you will pay a service fee of R499 including Vat for labour charges and a service fee for the HUAWEI Mate X3 is R999 including Vat.

• 4. Do I need to sign up for HUAWEI Care+ Complimentary 3 Months Accident Free?
  The HUAWEI Care+ is automatically activated once a purchase of a new selected HUAWEI Devices are made. No sign up is required.
• 5. How to upgrade from HUAWEI Care+ (3 Months) to HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years)?
  In the event of wanting to upgrade to the HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years), you are required to make the purchase of the HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) within 90(ninety) days from the date of purchase of the new selected HUAWEI device. The purchase of the HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) must be made before HUAWEI Care+ (3 Months) is claimed.
