1. Introduction
1.1 HUAWEI Screen Protector Replacement (“Promotion”) is organized and managed by HUAWEI
Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd (“HUAWEI”), including affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively
referred to as the “Organizers”).
1.2 This Promotion is comprised of 3(three) offers pertaining to all smartphones (foldable devices not included), tablets (will only be for 11.5'' and below) and wearable devices launched after 2019:
· HD Clear Screen Protector: R 99
· Matte Screen Protector: R 149
· Privacy Matte Screen Protector: R 249
1.3 The Promotion is open for entry by all South African residents of 18 years and older with a
valid South African identity document or Smart Card.
1.4 By entering the Promotion, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions,
which will be interpreted by the Organizers and the Organizers decision regarding any issue will be
final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
1.5 This Promotion will commence in July 2025 and is ongoing, (the “Promotion Period”).
1.6 The Promotion deals exclusively with purchases made at HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers and Retail Stores in accordance with clause 1.7 within the Republic of South Africa.
1.7 Promotion will only be available at the following HUAWEI stores: HUAWEI Authorized Service Center SSS Cellular Boksburg, HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Sandton City, HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Menlyn Park, HUAWEI Experience Store Springs mall, HUAWEI Experience Store Eastgate Mall and HUAWEI Experience Store Maponya Mall.
1.8 This Promotion is only applicable to qualifying devices as per clause 1.9.
1.9 Applicable to all smartphones (foldable devices not included), tablets (will only be for 11.5'' and below) and wearable devices launched after 2019, for accurate models please confirm in-store.
1.10 Participants can purchase a screen protector for smartphones, tablets and wearables from selected HUAWEI Experience Store within the Republic of South Africa. Online purchases are excluded from this Promotion.
1.11 Screen Protector can be purchased any time.
1.12 This Promotion enables Participants to purchase a screen protector starting from R 99.
1.13 Screen protector can only be purchased on the same day and applied on the same day. HUAWEI will not keep Screen Protectors for customers. The old Screen Protector will be removed and disposed of.
1.14 Promotion will be available from 1st July 2025 to 31st December 2025.
2. Screen Protector Details
2.1 HD Clear Screen Protector: R 99
2.1.1 Free cleaning of a single handset, tablet or wearable at the cost of R 99.
2.2 Matte Screen Protector: R 149
2.2.1 Free cleaning of a single handsets, tablets and wearables at the cost of R 149.
2.3 Privacy Matte Screen Protector: R 249
2.3.1 Free cleaning of a single handsets, tablets and wearables at the cost of R 249.
3. Refunds
3.1 No refund for Screen Protector will not be refundable.
4. General Terms and Conditions
4.1 The Promotion commences on 1st July 2025 and is ongoing.
4.2 The Promotion Period may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the Organizers.
4.3 The Promotion, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable
notification at any time and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the
Organizers. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered
or on such date as may be determined by the Organizers. No Promotion Participants shall have any
recourse against the Organizers as a result of any alterations of the terms and conditions.
4.4 The Organizers reserve the right to extend, reasonably shorten or suspend the time period of the
Promotion for technical or commercial or operational reasons or for the greater public good or due
to a “force majeure” event or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion, on
condition that the Organizers notify the Promotion Participants in a manner that is expedient
according to its best ability.
4.5 The Promotion, any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable
notification at any time during the Promotion, and will be applied and interpreted in the sole
discretion of the Organizers. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately
after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizers. No Promotion
Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizers as a result of any alterations of the
Terms and Conditions.
4.6 The Organizers reserve the right to amend the rules and/or terminate this Promotion immediately
at any stage, whether required as a result of changes in legislation, or if required by any
national, provincial or municipal authority, or within the sole discretion of the Organizers for any
reason (recognized in law). Notice of such termination shall be published on the Organizers
Promotions Website. In such event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to
have in terms of this Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the
Organizers whatsoever.
4.7 In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Promotion and/or the Terms and
Conditions, the Organizer’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered
into.
4.8 All Promotion Participants indemnify the Organizers, their associated and subsidiary companies,
and their directors, officers and employees, against and/or and all claims for any loss and/or damages,
whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from the
Promotion Participant’s participation in any way whatsoever in this Promotion.

4.10 South African law shall govern these Promotion rules and the courts of South Africa shall have
exclusive jurisdiction.
4.11 User data collected via the Promotion will not be used for any other purpose other than for the Promotion only. Unless a Participant has consented, the Organizer’s will not sell, exchange, transfer, rent or otherwise make available any Personal Information to other parties and Participants indemnify the Organizer’s from any unintentional disclosures of such information to unauthorized persons.
4.12 User data collected via this Promotion will be stored for as long as it is legally required to and in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy – HUAWEI https://consumer.huawei.com/za/legal/privacy-policy/.
4.13 If there is no legal requirement, the collected information will only be stored for as long as it is needed.
4.14 HUAWEI reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior consent, Participants are required to check this webpage periodically for any updates.
