The HUAWEI Service Week Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by HUAWEI Technologies
(UK) Co., Ltd. with its registered offices at 300 South Oak Way, Green Park, Reading, Berkshire, RG2
6AD ("HUAWEI" or “we”). The Campaign is administered and
fulfilled by the third party operator of the participating HUAWEI Authorised Service Centre
(“Service Centre”).
1 General Provisions:
1.1 Participating Service Centre: The Campaign is only available at
the following participating Service Centre for customers with appointments taking place during the
Campaign Period:
HUAWEI Stratford Authorised Service Centre - Unit 0041, Lower Ground Floor,
Westfield Stratford City, London E20 1EH
1.2 Eligibility for Participation: to participate in the Campaign you must be
aged 18 or over and residing in the UK.
1.3 Campaign Period: the Campaign is only available at the above Service Centre
and runs for 7 days starting on the first Monday of every month. Campaign Period dates for 2021 as
follows: Monday 1st - Sunday 7th November 2021; and Monday 6th - Sunday 12th December 2021.
1.4 Qualifying Products: the Campaign is only available for HUAWEI branded
smartphones.
1.5 Availability: the benefits of the Campaign defined below are subject to spare
part availability (while stocks last) at the participating Service Centre, during designated service
hours, subject to available capacities and the terms and conditions of the Service Centre operator.
2 Campaign Benefits:
The benefits of the Campaign defined below are subject to the actual repair quotation determined by
the third party operator of the Service Centre:
2.1 £30 Discount on out of warranty repairs
2.1.1 During the Campaign Period, Qualifying Products are eligible to receive a £30 discount on the
cost of an out-of-warranty repair at the participating Service Centre.
2.1.2 Quotations, prices and the total applicable discount may vary and/or are subject to change
until the final order of the relevant repair service from the Service Centre operator.
2.2 Free Handset Surface Clean-up Treatment
2.2.1 During the Campaign Period, Qualifying Products are eligible to receive a free handset surface
clean-up treatment at the participating Service Centre. Limited to one treatment per Qualifying
Device.
2.2.2 Please note the treatment does not guarantee all bacteria, germs and viruses will be
eliminated.
2.3 Discount on Front and Back Protective Films
2.3.1 During the Campaign Period, receive a 50% discount on front and back protective films for
Qualifying Products purchased at the participating Service Centre. Items are subject to availability
at the participating Service Centre, while stock lasts.
2.3.2 Quotations, prices and the total applicable discount may vary and/or are subject to change
until the final order of the relevant repair service from the Service Centre operator.
3 Miscellaneous
3.1 The Campaign may be withdrawn at any time. HUAWEI Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd. makes no warranty
that the Campaign will meet your exact requirements or that it will always be available.
3.2 The Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or other service
products.
3.3 All materials of the HUAWEI website are protected by the copyright laws of each country
throughout the world. Except for cases permitted in writing, it is prohibited to use any material
(including duplication, modification, uploading, presentation, transmission, distribution,
licensing, sales, and publication) by the copyright laws except for non-commercial and personal
purposes. If you want to use any materials on HUAWEI's official website, you need to obtain prior
consent from us.
3.4 While HUAWEI will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on the
HUAWEI websites, HUAWEI makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, correctness,
reliability or otherwise with respect to such information, and assumes no liability or
responsibility for any omissions or errors (including, without limitation, typographical errors and
technical errors) in the content.
3.5 Any information provided by any HUAWEI Service Centres shall not amount to any warranties (either
express or implied) or representations (whether provided in writing or expressed orally) and shall
not be relied upon as to accuracy, correctness, reliability or otherwise with respect to such
information, and furthermore HUAWEI assumes no liability or responsibility for any omissions or
errors (including, without limitation, typographical errors and technical errors).
3.6 HUAWEI excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused
to a participant arising out of or in connection with the Campaign. Without prejudice to the
preceding restriction, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will
HUAWEI's liability to you exceed £50.00.
3.7 HUAWEI reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions and to
disqualify claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions at any time at
its own discretion. HUAWEI's decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no
correspondence will be entered into.
3.8 If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be invalid, illegal or
unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the
remainder of the provisions.
3.9 The Campaign is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.
