About EMUI Security Patch Updates

HUAWEI will introduce a monthly and quarterly security patch update programme for the following device models.
The monthly and quarterly security patch update programmes include patches for the Android OS, and patches for HUAWEI devices released by HUAWEI.
The release time of security patches may vary depending on the region and device model.

Current monthly security patch updates will be released for the following device models¹

HUAWEI Mate series: HUAWEI Mate Xs 2, HUAWEI Mate 50, HUAWEI Mate 50 Pro, HUAWEI Mate X3

HUAWEI P series: HUAWEI P50, HUAWEI P50 Pro, HUAWEI P50 Pocket, HUAWEI P60 Pro

HUAWEI nova series: HUAWEI nova 8, HUAWEI nova 8i, HUAWEI nova 9, HUAWEI nova 9 SE, HUAWEI nova 10, HUAWEI nova 10 Pro, HUAWEI nova 10 SE, HUAWEI nova 11, HUAWEI nova 11 Pro

Current quarterly security patch updates will be released for the following device models²

HUAWEI Y series: HUAWEI nova Y70, HUAWEI nova Y90, HUAWEI nova Y61, HUAWEI nova Y71, HUAWEI nova 11i, HUAWEI nova Y91
