With the HUAWEI FamCare app, you can create safe zones and get notifications whenever your child enters or leaves one.
Open HUAWEI FamCare, tap Devices, and tap Safe Zones.
- Tap Home, toggle on the switch next to Home, and set your home address, home Wi-Fi information, and how frequently you want to receive notifications for this zone.
- Tap School, toggle on the switch next to School, and set the school address and how frequently you want to receive notifications for this zone.
- Tap Add to create a new safe zone, and set its name, address, and how frequently you want to receive notifications for this zone. Then tap
in the upper right corner to save your settings.
- You can set up to five safe zones for your child (including the default home and school).
- A safe zone isn't a specific location but a circular area with a radius of 300 metres to 1,000 metres. The radius can be adjusted as needed.
- Once Safe Zones is enabled, the kids watch will be periodically located, which drains the battery faster. Safe Zones will be unavailable when the watch's battery level is low or the watch is in Power Saving mode.
- You can tap a safe zone to enable or disable it, or modify its settings.
