Using your phone to find the watch

Ringing the bell to find the watch

  1. (Admin) Open the FamCare app, touch in the right corner of the home screen, and go to Find watch > Ring the bell to find the watch.
  2. The kids watch will then play "I'm here".
  3. After the watch has been found, touch to turn off the sound.
 
  • Find watch is not supported by iOS phones.
  • The kids watch will play the sound even if it is in Class time or Vibrate mode.
  • This feature is supported when the kids watch is powered on and linked to the FamCare app. This feature can also be used on your phone remotely.

Reporting that the watch has been lost

Open the FamCare app, touch in the right corner of the home screen, and go to Find watch > Report loss watch.

 
  • After you report that the kids watch has been lost, the watch will be locked and can only be used to contact the main admin.
  • To cancel the report of the lost watch, an admin can open the FamCare app, touch in the upper right corner of the home screen, and then go to Find watch > Cancel Missing Claim.
