There are shadows/white spots/spots in a fixed position on the screen of a HUAWEI watch/band

Problem

  • There are shadows/white spots/spots in a fixed position on the watch screen, next to the Down button of the watch.
  • There are shadows/white spots/spots in a fixed position on the upper right of the watch screen. (For HUAWEI WATCH D only)

Solution

This area is where the ambient light sensor (ALS) is located and thus there is a slight colour difference compared with other areas. This does not affect the display performance. HUAWEI watches/bands undergo strict appearance and feature inspection before delivery. Please rest assured.

If users are still concerned about this issue, advise them to take the device and proof of purchase to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
