You may check your device benefits through Huawei Consumer Support Official Website, Support App/My Huawei or Hotline following below instructions:

Device Benefits via HUAWEI Consumer Official Site

  1. Please visit https://consumer.huawei.com/my/support/warranty-query/

  2. Enter device SN and Verification Code.
  3. Click Search for device benefits.

SN: or serial number, is a unique number that records information like the date of production and the warranty status of the product. Each product has only one corresponding serial number.

Device Benefits via My HUAWEI App/Support App

You can check device benefits and warranty period through My HUAWEI App/ Support App.
