Forgot the PIN of my HUAWEI watch/band

Data on your watch/band is protected by the PIN and encrypted using irreversible methods. To protect your privacy and information security, even as the device vendor, we are not able to decrypt your PIN.

Kindly check if you can recall your PIN. If you find it impossible to remember it, you're advised to restore your wearable device to its factory settings, for the sake of your privacy and security.

Notes:

• Once your wearable device is restored to its factory settings, all your personal data will be cleared, transport card migration will be triggered (if the transport cards support migration), and access cards and bank cards will be removed. Please exercise caution before proceeding.
• If you are using a HUAWEI WATCH Series, HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2, or later smart watch that supports dual battery modes:
  • During a factory reset, make sure the box for Delete eSIM configuration is unchecked. This is to ensure that you can continue using the eSIM service after the system reset.
  • Otherwise, you will have to contact your network provider to deregister and reactivate the service.
