Replacement within 7 Days after Purchasing

You are entitled to a replacement of a new device of the same model within 7 days from the date of purchase if HUAWEI Authorised Service Center verified that your device came with manufacturing defect.

Free Maintenance Service for 1 Year

Enjoy free repair service for 1 year from the date of purchase if the device is having manufacturing defect which is not resulting from accidental damage or mishandling.

Value-added service on HUAWEI Service Day

On every first Friday & Saturday of the month at selected Authorized Service Centers, all walk-in customers are entitled to have free phone disinfect service, free out-of-warranty labor charge, free software upgrade and free screen protector. Terms and conditions apply.
