2. What does HUAWEI APAC Warranty covers?It covers device defects caused by non-human factors and will be fixed by HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers without any fees related to diagnosis, spare parts or labor.

3. Does the APAC Warranty cover accessories such as earplugs and chargers?No, the APAC Warranty does not cover accessories such as power adapters, batteries, headphones, data cables, free gifts, etc.

Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
HUAWEI offers the APAC Region Warranty to provide users with a more convenient and seamless service experience across selected Asia Pacific countries/regions. This warranty allows eligible devices to receive repair services beyond the country of purchase, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
2. Supported Countries/Regions
The APAC Region Warranty applies to selected countries/regions where the product is officially available for sale. Supported locations may differ by device model. Warranty service in each country/region begins once the product is officially launched in that market.
3. Eligibility & Product Scope
This warranty applies to selected product categories, including smartphones, tablets, wearables, PC and audio. Coverage is limited to the main device only. Accessories included in the packaging, such as chargers and cables are not covered under the APAC Region Warranty.
4. Service Coverage
Under the APAC Region Warranty, in-warranty repair services are supported across participating countries/regions. Out-of-warranty repair services are also available on a chargeable basis.
5. Exclusions from Warranty Service
Warranty service will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Warranty Expiration: The warranty period associated with the device’s IMEI or serial number has expired.
Identifier Tampering: The product’s serial number or IMEI has been altered, modified, or is illegible.
Physical or Liquid Damage: The malfunction is caused by physical damage, liquid ingress (including corrosion or oxidation), foreign objects, or exposure to extreme temperatures.
Normal Wear and Tear: The issue results from normal usage, including but not limited to scratches, abrasions, coating wear, or discoloration.
Unauthorized Repairs: The defect is caused by repairs performed by unauthorized service providers or the use of non-genuine spare parts.
Improper Use: The failure is due to misuse, failure to follow product instructions, or the use of non-original accessories.
Force Majeure: The damage is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, lightning, or unstable power supply.
6. Replacement and Refund Policy
Replacement under Warranty: For selected products only, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed under the applicable warranty, the product may be replaced in accordance with HUAWEI’s warranty policy.
Refund Policy: Refunds or replacements will not be provided except as required under applicable laws or explicitly stated in the warranty terms.
Warranty Policy Reference
The warranty period and service conditions of the device shall follow the warranty policy of the country/region where the product was originally purchased. All repairs are subject to the policies and operational capabilities of the local HUAWEI Authorized Service Center.
