The speaker has passed 26 strict reliability tests,⁶ to ensure a sterling listening experience at all times.

Pair and Connect with Ease

Open the case, and the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Place the earbuds close to the phone to have the phone display a pop-up pairing message.⁷

Touch and hold the touch control area on the left and right ear handles at the same time for 3 seconds. The indicator on the charging case will flash white, indicating that the earbuds have entered Bluetooth pairing mode. Once the connection is successful, the indicator on the charging case will turn green.⁸

Once the pairing is successful, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the phone when the case is opened.

This feature requires that the earbuds are connected to a phone via Bluetooth. You can play a ringtone to find the earbuds, but map location services are not supported. According to Huawei lab data, your earbuds must be within 20 metres of your phone, and the two devices need to be in a quiet environment free of major obstacles. Actual performance shall prevail. The earbuds won't ring when they are in the charging case. To avoid hurting your ears, do not play the ringtone while wearing the earbuds. If you have any questions, contact Huawei customer service.
