GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "3 MONTH HUAWEI HEALTH+ TRIAL FOR NEWLY PURCHASED WEARABLES " CAMPAIGN ("THE CAMPAIGN")

1. Terms and Conditions Binding
By entering the Campaign, you agree to accept and to be legally bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign Organiser
This Campaign is organised by Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei Service HK"). Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

3. Campaign Territory
Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Japan

4. Campaign Duration
The Campaign will start at 00:00 on 1st May 2025 and will finish at 23:59 (UCT + 8) on 31st December 2026. (According to local time zone)

5. How to Enter
5.1 Entry is free of charge.

5.2 This offer is available to Huawei, other Android device and iOS device users whose unique HUAWEI ID is registered within the Campaign territory stated in Section 3, where the participant also resides (“Participant”). The Participant's HUAWEI ID service region and IP address shall also correspond to their country of residence.

5.3 In order to participate in the Campaign, users need to have the following newly purchased device that has not previously activated benefits in this Campaign:
• HUAWEI WATCH Fit 4 Series
• HUAWEI WATCH Fit 4 Pro Series
• HUAWEI WATCH 5 Series

5.4 Participants need to download the HUAWEI Health app in their mobile phone, log in with their HUAWEI ID (register region align with campaign territory), and pair with their new devices from the list in 5.3.

5.5 Participants can access the Campaign landing page in the HUAWEI Health app. Participants need to log in with their HUAWEI ID and pair the new devices from the list in 5.3. The HUAWEI Health app will identify the watch SN and pop up a window to offer the three-month free trial, without the need to link any billing details.

5.6 Each qualifying device and user may only participate in the Campaign once.

5.7 In order to take part in the Campaign, Participants with Huawei and other Android devices need to update their HUAWEI Health to version 15.1.2.300 or above. Participants with iOS devices need to download and use HUAWEI Health: Global in AppStore, and update to version 15.1.2.305 or above.

6. 3-Month Free Trial of Health+
6.1 The Campaign applies to both Health+ subscribers and non-subscribers. Each user of the new devices from the list in 5.3 has only one opportunity to join this Campaign.

6.2 If the user of the new devices from the list in 5.3 is already a Health+ subscriber, the existing subscription period will be extended for 3 additional months.

6.3 If the user of the new devices from the list in 5.3 is not a Health+ subscriber, the user will be offered 3-Month Free Trial of Health+.

6.4 The Campaign does not trigger auto-subscription, and users need to manually subscribe the service if they want to keep the subscription after the free trial period.

6.5 The 3-Month Free Trial of Health+ must be claimed before the Campaign end date (refer to section 4).

6.6 The 3-Month Free Trial of Health+ is neither negotiable nor transferable.

6.7 These terms and conditions only apply to the Campaign. The Health+ service is subject to Huawei Service HK separate terms and conditions at [HUAWEI Health+] Membership Service Agreement.

7. Additional Conditions
7.1 You must be 18 years or older in order to enter and participate in the Campaign.

7.2 Huawei Service HK reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Campaign if, at its sole discretion, it becomes necessary to do so for technical or security reason, suspected or actual fraud, consumer protection, legal reason, other reasons including any unforeseen reason or any reason that is out of its control.

7.3 Huawei Service HK may disqualify at its sole discretion any entrant who is believed to have perpetrated fraud, used deception (or attempted to do so), impersonated another person, or provided any false information to Huawei Service HK at any time, in relation to any matters regarding the Campaign.

7.4 The entrant shall not attempt to obtain more free trial benefit than the quantity permitted and allocated during the Campaign.

7.5 If an entrant has been offered the free trial, but it is subsequently discovered that they have breached any of the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, they may be deemed to be disqualified and their entry void ab initio. Huawei Service HK may seek a termination of the free trial period obtained by a person in breach of these Terms, and seek full recovery of any expenses, damages, costs, and fees incurred by it in this regard. Huawei Service HK reserves the right to report any suspected or actual acts of fraud or illegality on the part of an entrant to law enforcement agencies or any other relevant authorities, persons, or organisations.

7.6 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huawei Service HK (including its affiliate Huawei companies) and its agents or distributors, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable (a) to compensate a Participant or accept any liability for any loss or damage, personal injury or death, as a result of entering the Campaign; and/or (b) for any matters connected with or arising from your or a third party's use of the free trial. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7.7 By participating in the Campaign, you hereby indemnify and hold harmless Huawei Service HK (or if relevant, your social media account provider(s)) from any and all liabilities associated with the Campaign. The Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with your social media account provider(s).

7.8 Huawei Service HK processes and uses any personal data provided by Participants for the purposes of this Campaign in accordance with the local applicable laws. To the extent that you provide any personal data, it shall only be processed for lawful purposes directly related to this Campaign, including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organising of this Campaign and fraud prevention. Such purposes require us to process HUAWEI ID and device serial number. Any personal data provided by Participants in connection with the Campaign is retained for no longer than 24 months after the Campaign. In general, when you use the services above, such as HUAWEI Health, your personal data shall be processed in accordance with the respective Privacy Statement.

7.9 Any entrant who is suspected of breaching or who is proven to have breached any of these Terms may be disqualified by Huawei Service HK.

7.10 Any decision by Huawei Service HK regarding an entry is final. Huawei Service HK is not obliged to enter into any correspondence or communications with any entrant in relation to their entry or any other matters.

7.11 This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude, limit, or restrict your rights under local mandatory consumer laws.

7.12 This document may be translated into multiple languages. Should any conflict arise between the English-language version of this Agreement and any translation hereof, the English-language version shall prevail.

7.13 Any tax payable (including personal income tax) that is applicable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the Participants. If any claim is made against Huawei Service HK for such taxes, the prize winner shall indemnify and hold Huawei Service HK harmless for any liability for such sums and promptly remit to Huawei Service HK such sums together with any penalties and interest assessed.

7.14 Huawei Service HK gives no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the use, value, or enjoyment of the free trial, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
