The HUAWEI ONLINE STORE LAUNCH PROMOTION (the "Promotion") is organized by TWIRELESS INC., (the "Organizer") with its registered offices at UNIT 1506-A WEST TOWER, PSE CENTRE, EXCHANGE RD., ORTIGAS CTR. All participants to the Promotion (“Participant(s)”) shall be deemed as having agreed to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
A: Eligibility
In order to participate in this Promotion, customers (“Customer(s)”) must be:
A registered user on HUAWEI ONLINE STORE Philippines ( ) (“HUAWEI Online Store”); A registered user on HUAWEI Online Store Website/My HUAWEI APP. A resident in Philippines; and eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 1st September 2025.

7.3 Contents
7.3.1 Customers who join the “HUAWEI Pura 80 Deposit Activity” will get an additional PHP 3,000 OFF.

7.4 HUAWEI Pura 80 Deposit and Win
This “HUAWEI Pura 80 Deposit and Win” event will run from event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 22nd August 2025 to 15:00PM (GMT + 8), 3rd September 2025.
By completing the remaining payment for any ONE (1) unit of HUAWEI Pura 80 during the campaign period, customer will stand a chance to win a HUAWEI WATCH D. Winner(s) will be announced based on the Mentioned Date below:

a. The Winners will be selected by the Organizer.
b. Determination of Winners will be held in Huawei Technologies Phils.Inc. Office, 53rd Floor, PBCom Tower, V.A. Rufino Street cor.Ayala Avenue, Makati City, on the Mentioned Date in the presence of a DTI representative.
c. The decision of the Organizer is final, and no enquiries, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
d. Winners shall be notified via registered mail and email/SMS. Their name will be posted on the My HUAWEI App and HUAWEI Official website.
e. The Winners may claim the prize by submitting an order via HUAWEI Store and applying the coupon code provided by customer service. The prize coupon shall be sent to the Winner’s HUAWEI account and email within 2 days from the draw date.
f. Only one (1) coupon can be used in a single order (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).
g. Coupons cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
h. Redemption period is only 60 days upon receipt of notification.
i. The shipping fee of PHP99 will be shouldered by Winner.
j. All employees of Huawei Technologies Phils. Inc. (including but not limited to the ad agency, merchants, etc.) and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
k. All other expenses in relation to the prize of the Deposit and Win will be shouldered by Huawei Technologies Phils. Inc.
l. You agree to authorize the Organizer and its associated companies to use, with or without modification, your submissions for campaigns and product and brand marketing for free for purposes including but not limited to global social media, print media, printing, photography exhibitions, retail stores, road shows, out-of-home advertising, and other marketing activities. In light of the preceding information, the Organizer shall not issue further notice to inform you or seek your approval when using your submissions.
