GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "PURCHASE AND WIN" EVENT ("THE EVENT")
a. This Purchase and Win (Event) will run from 9th February 2026, 00:00AM (GMT+8) until 27th February 2026, 11:59PM (GMT+8).
b. To participate, Participants must make a successful order for ONE (1) unit of HUAWEI Mate X7 on the HUAWEI Online Store will only be eligible for the Event.
c. If a Participant makes more than one transaction within the Event Period, each transaction will be considered as a separate Qualifying Purchase.
d. Participants in this Event stand a chance to win the following Prize:
1 unit of DJI Neo during the Event Period x 7 Winners. Participants who place a deposit order and pay the remaining balance OR Pre-order for ONE (1) unit of HUAWEI Mate X7 on the HUAWEI Online Store during the Event Period will be eligible to stance a chance to win a DJI Neo.
e. In order to participate in this Event, Participants are required to complete all the following steps within the Event Period: -
i. Complete the Deposit Payment for ONE (1) unit of HUAWEI Mate X7 from 9th February 2026, 00:00AM (GMT+8) until 18th February 2026, 17:59PM (GMT+8) and complete the Balance Payment for ONE (1) unit of HUAWEI Mate X7 from 18th February 2026, 18:00PM (GMT+8) until 27th February 2026, 11.59PM (GMT+8); or
ii. Complete the Pre-order Payment for ONE (1) unit of HUAWEI Mate X7 from 18th February 2026, 18:00PM (GMT+8) until 27th February 2026, 11.59PM (GMT+8)
f. The Winners will be selected by the Organizer by way of random draw.
g. Determination of Winners will be held in Huawei Technologies Phils.Inc. Office, 53rd Floor, PBCom Tower, V.A. Rufino Street cor.Ayala Avenue, Makati City, on March 13, 2026 at 3:00 PM in the presence of a DTI representative.
h. The decision of the Organizer is final, and no enquiries, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
i. Winners shall be notified via registered mail and email/SMS. Their name will be posted on the My HUAWEI App and HUAWEI Official website.
j. The Winners may claim the prize by submitting an order via HUAWEI Store and applying the coupon code provided by customer service. The prize coupon shall be sent to the Winner’s HUAWEI account and email within 2 days from the draw date.
k. Any Winner who cancels their order for the New Product after being notified of winning the giveaway forfeits their right to claim the Prize. The Prize will only be delivered along with the initial order once the product is launched. This condition is non-negotiable and applies to all winners.
l. This Event cannot be enjoyed with any other offers, promotions, vouchers or rebates applicable on HUAWEI Official Website.
m. Only one (1) coupon can be used in a single order (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).
n. Coupons cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
o. Redemption period is only 60 days upon receipt of notification.
p. The shipping fee of PHP99 will be shouldered by Winner.
q. All employees of Huawei Technologies Phils. Inc. (including but not limited to the ad agency, merchants, etc.) and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
r. All other expenses in relation to the prize of the Purchase and Win will be shouldered by Huawei Technologies Phils. Inc.
s. You agree to authorize the Organizer and its associated companies to use, with or without modification, your submissions for campaigns and product and brand marketing for free for purposes including but not limited to global social media, print media, printing, photography exhibitions, retail stores, road shows, out-of-home advertising, and other marketing activities. In light of the preceding information, the Organizer shall not issue further notice to inform you or seek your approval when using your submissions. The Organizer reserves the right to sublicense the foregoing rights to its affiliates as well as strategic partners.
t. During the raffle, the Organizer might select a certain number of submissions and display them on multiple channels such as the sub-arena raffle page, social media posts, retail stores, and other marketing channels so as to promote the raffle. These works are not selected as the winners. They are only used for the purpose of publicity.
