The HUAWEI STORE LAUNCH PROMOTION (the "Promotion") is organized by TWIRELESS INC., (the "Organizer") with its registered offices at UNIT 1506-A WEST TOWER, PSE CENTRE, EXCHANGE RD., ORTIGAS CTR. All participants to the Promotion (“Participant(s)”) shall be deemed as having agreed to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
A: Eligibility
In order to participate in this Campaign, customers (“Customer(s)”) must be:
A Huawei Store registered user on HUAWEI Store Philippines Online Official (https://www. consumer.huawei.com/ph ) (“HUAWEI Store”); A Huawei Store registered user on HUAWEI Philippines Store APP. A resident in Philippines; and eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 29th January 2021.
B: Campaign Events:
This Campaign consists of the following six (6) events:

a) This “Special Offer” event will run from (00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st February 2021 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 28th February 2021 (“Special Offer”).
b) Customer who purchases a Special Offer Product within the Campaign Period will be able to purchase the Product with the Promotional Price as set out below:

c) The HUAWEI Special Offer Products sold in this HUAWEI Special Offer event have limited amount.
d) Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Store can only purchase a maximum of five (5) units of each HUAWEI Special Offer Product throughout the Campaign Period.
e) The Promotion Price is only applicable to purchase of the HUAWEI Special Offer Product made on the HUAWEI Store during the Campaign Period.
f) Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
a) Free Gifts have minimum warranty of Organiser.
g) Free Gifts during HUAWEI Special Offer campaign period have limited amount.
a) Sign in Reward PHP100 Coupon (“SR Campaign”) will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st February 2021 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 14th February 2021 and 00:00AM (GMT+8), 16th February 2021 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 28th February 2021
b) In order to participate in this SR Campaign, customer must login or register on the HUAWEI Store during the Event Period 00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st February 2021 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 14th February 2021 and 00:00AM (GMT+8), 16th February 2021 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 28th February 2021
c) New register customer & loyalty customer are entitle to participate to the Sign in Reward PHP100 Coupon (“SR Campaign”)
d) The Customer only can claim the Sign in Reward PHP100 Coupon once within the event period.
e) Customers shall claim the Sign in Reward PHP100 Coupon within the Event Period on the HUAWEI Store and Sign in Reward PHP100 Coupon will be credited automatically into your registered account on the HUAWEI Store.
f) A customer claiming a Sign in Reward PHP100 Coupon to purchase a product on the HUAWEI Store during the Event Period is entitled to enjoy a discount as set below:

g) There are totally 30,000 units of Sign in Reward PHP100 Coupon to be offered during the Event Period and will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last
h) Any Sign in Reward PHP100 Coupon not redeemed to a purchase on the HUAWEI Store within the Validity Period will be deemed to have lapsed or forfeited unconditionally and irrevocably and you are not entitled to any payment or compensation from Huawei
i) The Sign in Reward PHP100 Coupon is not exchangeable for cash or item, and are non-transferable.
j) The Sign in Reward PHP100 Coupon cannot be split and shall be applicable for one-off purchase.
a) This Subscribe & Win event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 29th January 2021 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 28th February 2021 (“Subscribe & Win”).
b) Customer who subscribed to the Huawei Newsletter during the Subscribe & Win on the HUAWEI Store stands a chance to win a one (1) unit of HUAWEI FreeBuds 3.

c) Three (3) winners of the HUAWEI FreeBuds 3 Coupons will be selected randomly by Organiser by random draw from the eligible entries. Customer can only use this coupon to place order in HUAWEI Store to get free HUAWEI FreeBuds 3. Decision of Organiser are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
d) Winner of HUAWEI FreeBuds 3 Coupon will be contacted via their leaved email address by 20th March 2021. Winner will need to use the leaved email to register Huawei ID for coupon.
e) Failure to register HUAWEI Store account may result in forfeiture of the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to the next most eligible Customer.
f) Coupons will be credited directly to the Customers’ HUAWEI Store account.
g) Only one (1) Coupon can be used in a single product (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).
h) Coupons cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
i) Coupons is valid for one-time use only during the Coupon Validity period (29th January – 29th March 2021). Any Coupons not used by the 29th March 2021 will be automatically forfeited and cease to have any effect.
j) Coupons is applicable for purchases made on HUAWEI Store only.
k) Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with flash deals or any other offers and promotions.
l) Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
m) HUAWEI FreeBuds 3 have one (1) year warranty of Organizer.
a) This “Light Up Campaign” event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st February 2021 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 14th February 2021 and 00:00AM (GMT+8), 16th February 2021 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 28th February 2021 ("Light Up Campaign ").
b) Customer who purchases a “Light Up Campaign” Product within the Campaign Period will be able to purchase the HUAWEI Product with the Promotional Price and/or receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

d) Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Store can only purchase a maximum of five (5) units of each HUAWEI Product throughout the Campaign Period.
e) The Promotion Price is only applicable to purchase of the “Light Up Campaign” Product made on the HUAWEI Store during the Campaign Period.
f) Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
g) Free Gifts have minimum warranty of Organiser.
h) Free Gifts Color is subject to Organizer arrangement.
i) Free Gifts during “Light Up Campaign” campaign period have limited quantity and based on first come first served basis.
a) This “HUAWEI Smart Home Pre Order Offer” event will run from (GMT+8) 15th February 2021, 00:00 AM till 28th February 2021, 23:59 PM (“HUAWEI Smart Home Pre Order Offer”).
b) Customer who pre order a “HUAWEI Smart Home Pre Order Offer” within the Campaign Period will be able to receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

c) Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Store can only purchase a maximum of five (5) units of each HUAWEI Pre Order Offer Product throughout the Campaign Period.
d) The deposit paid of HUAWEI WiFi AX3 and HUAWEI WiFi WS5200 and OPPLE Smart Desk Lamp is non-refundable.
e) HUAWEI Band 4 for HUAWEI WiFi AX3 is available for the first seventy (70) participants who pay the deposit and the final payment of the HUAWEI WiFi AX3 during the campaign periods from 15th February 2021-28th February 2021.
f) Bluetooth Speaker for HUAWEI WiFi WS5200 is available for the first eighty (80) participants who pay the deposit and the final payment of the HUAWEI WiFi WS5200 during the campaign periods from 15th February 2021-28th February 2021.
g) HUAWEI Band 4 for OPPLE Smart Desk Lamp is available for the first eighty (80) participants who pay the deposit and the final payment of the OPPLE Smart Desk Lamp during the campaign periods from 15th February 2021-18th February 2021.
h) Bluetooth Speaker for OPPLE Smart Desk Lamp is available for the 81st-160th participants who pay the deposit and the final payment of the OPPLE Smart Desk Lamp during the campaign periods from 15th February 2021-18th February 2021.
i) The Promotion is only applicable to purchase of the HUAWEI Pre Order Offer made on the HUAWEI Store during the Campaign Period.
j) Only one (1) gift can be redeemed per product (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).
k) Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
l) Free Gifts have minimum warranty of Organizer.
m) Free Gifts during HUAWEI Pre Order Offer campaign period have limited amount and based on first come first served basis.
n) Free Gifts Color is subject to Organizer arrangement.
o) All coupons are not applicable to purchase product that listed under “Smart Home Pre Order Offer”
a) This “HUAWEI Smart Home Launch Offer” event will run from (GMT+8) 1st March 2021, 00:00 AM till 8th March 2021, 23:59 PM (“HUAWEI Smart Home Launch Offer”).
b) Customer who purchase a “HUAWEI Smart Home Launch Offer” within the Campaign Period will be able to receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

d) Bluetooth Speaker for HUAWEI WiFi AX3 is available for the first twenty (20) participants who purchase HUAWEI WiFi AX3 during the campaign periods from 1st March 2021- 8th March 2021.
e) Umbrella for HUAWEI WiFi WS5200 is available for the first fifty (50) participants who purchase HUAWEI WiFi WS5200 during the campaign periods from 1st March 2021- 8th March 2021.
f) Bluetooth Speaker for OPPLE Smart Desk Lamp is available for the first fifty (50) participants who purchase OPPLE Smart Desk Lamp during the campaign periods from 19th February 2021-21st February 2021.
g) The Promotion is only applicable to purchase of the HUAWEI Launch Offer made on the HUAWEI Store during the Campaign Period.
h) Only one (1) gift can be redeemed per product (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).
i) Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
j) Free Gifts have minimum warranty of Organizer.

l) Free Gifts Color is subject to Organizer arrangement.
The Participant agrees and provides consent to Organizer to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Promotion in accordance with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organizer for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Promotion including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing, announcement of winners, and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Promotion.
By participating and agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, Participant confirms that he/she has read and understood the Organizers’ Privacy Policy” stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/ph/support/service-privacy-notice/. The Participant agrees that Organizer and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Promotion.
In the event any prizes are being awarded to the participant having provided false identity or information, Organizer shall have the right to revoke the Participant’s eligibility for the said prizes.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Organizer’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Organizer reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Promotion.
In accepting the Prizes, the winner(s) agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion. The Participants agree to grant Organizer a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the Participants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Organizer assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.
Organizer shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection to or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Promotion.
The Participant agrees to discharge and release Organizer from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.
The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Promotion, including Facebook, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.
By entering into this Promotion, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer and the Organizer Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organizer due to or in any way arising from this Promotion.
If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Promotion, Organizer reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
