Problem:
The first system startup is slow or the first use of apps freezes or lags after the device is powered on for the first time, is restored to its factory settings, or is updated.
Cause:
- When the phone/tablet is powered on for the first time, is restored to its factory settings, or is updated, the system will optimize the application programs, which may increase the time required for system startup.
- After the phone/tablet is powered on, the system optimization process continues, which consumes much memory, and may cause freezing or lagging during app use.
Solution:
- Please wait for the system to finish optimizing application programs. The more application programs you have, the longer it will take to power on your phone/tablet.
- After an update, charge your device for 4 hours or more (it is recommended that you charge your phone overnight) with the screen off, then restart your device, and try again.
