My phone charges slowly when connected to a power bank
  1. The output current may be insufficient. Connect the charging cable to a USB port on the power bank marked with a proper charging current to charge your phone.
  2. You may be using a third-party charging cable, which is not compatible with your phone. In this case, replace it with a standard charging cable to resolve the issue.
  3. The charging protocols supported by your phone and the power bank may be different. Therefore, fast charging or super fast charging has failed to take effect.

For optimal charging performance, use the standard charger and data cable to charge your phone.
