Unable to use the touchscreen while wearing gloves

Cause:

Gloves mode is not enabled or you are wearing thick gloves.

Solution:

  1. Open Settings, search for and access Gloves mode, then enable Gloves mode. (Gloves mode is only supported by some models.)
  2. If the issue persists, it may be because your gloves are too thick for your fingers to be detected. You can remove your gloves and disable Gloves mode before using your phone.
  3. If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.

Disable Gloves mode if you are not wearing gloves.
