Secondary SIM card cannot receive any calls or messages when playing a game

Problem:

When playing a game, the secondary SIM card stops working and will not receive any calls or messages.

Cause:

Zero interruptions has been enabled. This feature takes effect when a game in AppsAssistance is launched. It causes the secondary SIM card to stop working and the primary SIM card to reject all non-VoLTE calls. Both SIM cards will return to normal 1 minute after you exit the game.

Solution:

If you wish to disable this feature, open AppsAssistance and set Zero interruptions to Mute message notifications or Off.

When Mute message notifications is enabled, you will be only notified of calls, alarms, and low-battery alerts when playing a game.
