To download an app, you can use any of the following methods and directly enter the app name (such as Edraw Max) for precise search. If you are not sure about the app name, you can also enter the app features (such as mind map or programming) in HUAWEI AppGallery or Microsoft Store for fuzzy search. From the search results, you can find and install the desired app. The detailed operations are as follows:
- It is recommended that you download paid apps, games, and professional office drawing and video production apps from their official websites.

Method 1: Download from HUAWEI AppGallery
- Click AppGallery on the home screen of Huawei PC Manager, or enter HUAWEI AppGallery in the search box on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen to open it.
- Search for and download the desired apps in AppGallery.
Method 2: Download from the app official website
Click on the taskbar at the bottom to open the Edge browser, search for the official website of the app, and download the app.
Some apps need to be purchased. Please download them as required.
Method 3: Download from Microsoft Store
- Preferentially use Microsoft Store to download Microsoft apps, such as Windows Camera and Photos.
- Some third-party apps (such as Taobao, Baidu NetDisk, WeChat, and QQ) released in Microsoft Store cannot be updated in a timely manner. To use their latest versions, it is recommended that you download them from their official websites.
- Enter Microsoft Store in the
search box on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen and open it.
- Select the desired app in Microsoft Store and download and install it.
