Switching between Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese for the Microsoft input method on a HUAWEI computer

Both Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese input methods are displayed as on the taskbar.

• Method 1: Use shortcut keys.

  Switch the input method to Microsoft Pinyin, and press Ctrl+Shift+F to switch between Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

• Method 2: Use system settings.
  1. Enable the Microsoft input method, right-click the input method icon on the taskbar, and select Settings.

     

  2. Go to Time & language > Language & region > Microsoft Pinyin > General. In the displayed menu, select Chinese (Simplified, China) or a Traditional Chinese as needed.
