Browser can't connect to the network

1. Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > Data usage > Network access > System apps and select Browser. Ensure that Browser is granted network access.

2. Update Browser to the latest version. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Apps > Apps > Browser > Uninstall updates to restore Browser to the initial version upon delivery. Update Browser to the latest version and try again.

3. Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile network > Access Point Names (APNs) and restore default APN settings.
