Problem:

After an app is added to AppAssistant, and the app is opened, a dropzone with the AppAssistant icon appears.

Cause:

Your AppAssistant settings apply to the apps that have been added to AppAssistant. Setting shortcuts, using screen recorder and other similar tools, are features that provide convenient app management for users. When entering AppAssistant, a dropzone is displayed on the screen, allowing users to customize settings without having to exit the app.

Solution:

If you want to hide the dropzone, first drag it. A message will then appear, instructing you to hide the dropzone by dragging it to the top of the screen.

To make the dropzone reappear, flip the phone over.

To disable the dropzone, you can either remove the app from AppAssistant, or disable the dropzone permission of Huawei Mobile Service.
