Yes. You can view and manage all your dynamic 3D panoramic photos in one place even if you move files to a different location in your phone's internal storage or memory card. However, the dynamic 3D effects will not be recognized if the memory card on which the photos are stored is inserted into a different phone. In this case, the photos will appear as static photos. Dynamic 3D effects of these photos will be restored after the memory card is inserted back into the original phone.
