Problem
The user downloads WeChat UWP from Microsoft Store and is unable to receive Word, PPT, Excel, and PDF files. They are prompted with the message that the file has been removed, the file is unable to be found, the directory name is invalid, or the file is invalid, or they are not allowed to copy and paste files or save the file to other paths.
Cause
This is because of an incompatibility issue between WeChat UWP and the Windows system.
Solution
Download WeChat (compatible with Windows) from the official webpage (http://weixin.qq.com) or use the webpage version of WeChat.
